You’ll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts.
As part of the Federal Reserve System, you’ll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation.
You will begin in early June 2024 and will be based in the Dallas office. Learn more about our internship program : www.dallasfed.org / internships. ABOUT YOUR TEAM : National IT – Client Services – End User Services – Digital Workplace – Windows Engineering.
We support the Windows platform.
We use tools like Intune, SCCM and Bigfix to deploy applications and configuration settings. WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Windows Product Homepage Refresh – update Digital Workplace Windows Product Homepage to better serve customers and key stakeholders.
- Windows PC Hardware Model Refresh – help coordinate with key vendors to introduce the next generation of PCs to the Federal Reserve System.
- Windows Endpoint Cloud Migration – help Digital Workplace Windows Team migrate Endpoint Management workloads from on-prem infrastructure to the cloud.
- Windows Product Development – coordinate with Digital Workplace Windows Product Team, Scrum Master, and Product Owners to improve delivery of Products and Services, using Product Management best practices and Agile. WHAT YOU BRING :
- Entry level of experience and proficiency in field
- Able to balance workload between job profiles and job requirements
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to prioritize when faced with competing requests / issues
- Preferred Degree / Major : Undergraduate entering their Junior or Senior year Information Technology or Computer Science degree preferred OUR BENEFITS :
