Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to both Sales and Engineering teams.
- Prepare, print, and distribute engineering drawings, product labels, and documentation for production and shipping departments.
- Maintain accurate files and databases related to customer orders, engineering changes, and project documents.
- Assist with order entry tasks and update customers on order status, lead times, and documentation as needed.
- Track and document customer requests, engineering changes, and project timelines.
- Serve as a communication bridge between Sales, Engineering, Production, and other departments.
- Support the preparation of presentations, sales proposals, and technical documentation.
- Manage office supplies and order materials needed to support department operations.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
