Reports to:          Maintenance Supervisor

Position Duties:

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the entire Ox Bodies Campus, inside the factory, offices and outside as well.
• See that the grass is mowed, the bushes and trees are trimmed and improve the landscaping continuously
• Repair minor items such as bathroom stalls and toilet components so that all toilets and plumbing fixtures are in order and clean every day
• Clean and paint the plant isles, rails, stairs, plant support pillars, restrooms (floors and walls) and other areas as assigned.  Most painted areas require painting twice yearly or more
• Implement preventative maintenance according to plan and provide feedback on how to avoid facility malfunctions
• Complete all administrative responsibilities accurately and on a timely basis
• Participate in ordering maintenance parts and supplies, providing recommendations for appropriate materials
• Provide a schedule of daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly responsibilities
• Continuously raise the bar on the condition, maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities
• Arrange for any roof, wall or door repairs including utility lines and service equipment
• Participate in and support any parking lot, property, construction or other property improvements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Education: High School degree or equivalent preferred; technical school, military or junior college maintenance education desirable.
• Experience: Experience with cleaning and janitorial, required. Landscaping experience required. Minor basic repairs, preferred.
• Skills: Cleaning, problem solving abilities, use of power equipment (riding mower, weed eater, etc.)
• Other: Ability to stay on tasks and prioritize based on the needs of the location. Ability to stand, squat, and walk for 10 hours. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
