Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • DEMAND GENERATION :

Serve as a data-driven inbound marketer responsible for owning and optimizing the ESG division's marketing funnel.

  • Drive site traffic and convert visitors into leads through calls-to-action, landing pages, and compelling lead generation content.
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • STRATEGIC PLANNING :
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, leveraging multiple channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and online advertising.

  • Track and report KPIs monthly, ensuring campaigns stay on schedule and deliver expected results.
  • Manage marketing budgets, adapting plans as needed to maximize ROI.
  • WEB and CONTENT MANAGEMENT :
  • Oversee the management and optimization of brand websites, ensuring an exceptional user experience and strong lead generation capabilities.

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative content for campaigns, including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, and infographics.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences to drive engagement and conversions.
  • SALES ENABLEMENT :
  • Lead and manage the digital content hub to support direct sales teams and channel partners.

  • Regularly review and optimize the platform to ensure its value and effectiveness in empowering sales efforts.
  • CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external agencies / vendors to ensure the timely and on-budget execution of campaigns.

  • Foster alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy.
  • PERFORMACE ANALYTICS and OPTIMIZATION :
  • Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign results and achieve organizational goals.

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects as required.
  • Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics (Google Ads, SEO / SEM, social media platforms, HubSpot, HTML / CSS, Adobe Creative Suite etc.).
  • Strong grasp of inbound marketing strategies and content marketing.
  • Experience managing B2B marketing campaigns and working within complex product ecosystems.
  • Strong project management skills; Ability to demonstrate management of multiple projects with high degree of organization, and on time completion.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions
  • Some travel (approximately 10%) required.
  • Anticipated Salary Range : $68,731 - $117,825
