Federal Tax Law Group is a nationwide tax resolution firm dedicated to solving our clients tax debt. Our practice provides a full range of business and individual tax services, including filing tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll and business formation and consulting.
Experienced in preparing and submitting corporate and schedule c tax returns? We want to meet you.
Enrolled Agent Duties:
- Interact with clients, IRS, and state agencies
- Screening to determine business qualification for ERC
- Preparing amending 940 & 941 quarterly tax returns
- Negotiate with the IRS and/or State taxing agencies to release wage and/or bank levies.
- Prepare and review financial documents to determine the best resolution for our clients.
- Provide tax audit support and tax planning year round
- Mentoring and supporting teammates
Qualifications
- Experience successfully qualifying and preparing Employee Retention Credit
- Excellent communication skills with clients & team members
- Speaks and writes English proficiently
- Capable of communication with clients one on one or over the phone
Requirements
- Licensed Enrolled Agent (active), Practicing Attorney or CPA certification
- Quite home office - fast computer & high speed internet
- Proficient with technology and the use of computers (tax preparation and accounting software)
- 13 years of tax preparation experience
