What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at FederalEagle?
Federal Eagle is seeking a Recruiter with a desire to work in a manufacturing environment and improve their HR skills with our team. The Recruiter position is responsible for supporting the production and leadership team. This is an onsite position, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM located in West Chester, OH.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
Recruit various levels of employees and collaborate with hiring managers to select potential candidates, conduct phone screens and communicate offers of employment.
Oversees third party recruiting agencies applicants and contract hires.
Conduct new hire onboarding and create new hire employee profiles.
Update and Maintain Job Descriptions
Supports leadership team with attendance tracking and reporting.
Maintain knowledge of hiring trends and HR best practices.
Aid in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Gather and analyze data such as time to hire and employee retention rates.
Support HR Director in other HR task as needed.
Recruiter Requirements:
Must be a self-starter with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Remain professional in high stress situations, with an ability to adapt/change quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2 years of Recruiting Experience
Manufacturing or production background (preferred)
Associates or Four Year Degree
Proficient with HRIS (Dayforce preferred)
