Federated Co-ops Inc. is looking for a Retail Counter Sales person to assist customers of the Mora Country Store with product selection and purchasing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Counter Sales include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
- Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
- Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.
- Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
- Check out customer at register. Accepts payment and makes change.
- Wraps or bags and carries merchandise for customers.
- Completes general housekeeping duties in country store.
- Reports to store management with complaints, concerns or questions.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to meet, greet and follow up on customer inquiries and sales. As well as learn promote and sell all store products and services including but not limited to trailers, feed, power equipment, ATVs and small engine repair services.
Education/Experience:
- 3 – 5 years customer service (preferred)
- 3 – 5 years promoting products and sales (preferred)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, possibly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit.
