We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Counsel for our Home Office Property and Casualty Claims team. As a key member of this team, you will provide legal counsel and recommendations on complex claim-related matters and lawsuits against policyholders and against Federated itself. You will also assist with ongoing training and education for claims personnel and contribute to various claims-related and cross-functional company initiatives.
