Your Role in Our FELS Family:
As our Center Director, you are not just an administrator but a beacon of inspiration and guidance for both the children and the staff. Your mission will encompass:
- Guide and support a vibrant team of over 25 professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect, even on the busiest of days.
- Upholding the highest standards of safety, supervision, and adherence to DHS & FELS regulations.
- Collaborating actively with the Director of Programs to maintain an environment of safety and compliance.
- Taking the lead in nurturing a community where children, families, and staff can flourish.

Who We Are Seeking:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual with:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Experience working with children in an early learning center.
- At least 3 years of program and center management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in managing the center budget.
- Experience in the non-profit sector.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
