We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual looking for an opportunity to grow their skillsets in our Sales Professional position. NO experience is required in order to interview for this position - we are looking for the right person to grow within our company!

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a proactive approach to sales.

Duties

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels including cold calling and outbound sales efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
  • Maintain an organized inventory management system to track available vehicles and sales progress.
  • Utilize software tools to manage customer relationships and sales data effectively.
  • Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits that align with their preferences.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette while communicating with clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong skills in cold calling and outbound sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in cars and the automotive market is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
