Job Profile Summary
The Program Manager Senior, Operational Readiness will provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing, and coordinating small and medium programs/projects. This role will also provide appropriate specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines.
Job Description
Operational Readiness is responsible for coordinating various teams around a standardized strategic plan to develop new solutions into market-ready products.
- Experience partnering with and bringing multiple departments into alignment, including Product, Sales, Client Success, Legal and Product Marketing
- Experience managing the product release lifecycle, from MVP to General Availability
- Well-versed in agile product development lifecycle (PDLC) and/or software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: Able to communicate complex data in a simple format to share decisions, process updates and tradeoffs to large audiences (i.e. in-person meetings, asynchronous meetings, email, and/or shared live docs)
- Ability to manage competing demands while maintaining out of the box thinking
- Experience leading complex projects
- A focus on scale with the flexibility to adapt in a constantly evolving environment
- Process-driven with a bias toward action. Bonus points for experience within high-growth tech startup
- Ability to tailor communications of complex concepts to all levels in an understandable manner
- Business acumen and ability to understand the larger company strategy
- Experience in the use of project management/planning software, such as Monday.com
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience
- Three to four (3 - 4) years experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business/financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in the use of project management/planning software.
- Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S Pay Range: $7,107- $10,660/monthly
