Title:Credit Risk Representative
Reports To: Credit Risk Manager
Schedule:8:30am – 5:30pm, M-F but may vary
Location: Nonconnah
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Responsibilities
Collect delinquent accounts including consumer and mortgage in accordance with company policies and federal regulations.
Support title and insurance completion with collection letters and calls.
Handle questions, complaints, disputes and any other problems that occur within the course of business.
Support clerical functions of department including response to online account inquiries, account research, and other requests.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all Credit Association collection and loss prevention policies/procedures and NCUA regulations.
Support goals of department and company by cross selling other loan, share, and ancillary products
Must maintain strictly confidential information pertaining to Credit Association, member, and employee business.
Consistently deliver high level of service with members and staff to ensure all transactions are handled professionally and accurately.
Maintain regulatory compliance including Bank Secrecy Act.
Must have an excellent understanding of the Service Standards Program and FedEx Employees Credit Association products and services.
Follow the CARE Service Standards.
Maintain a member centric culture by displaying teamwork and motivation to remain member friendly and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Minimum of one year in a financial institution, credit union preferred.
Thorough knowledge of collections and loss prevention terminology, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Detail oriented and excellent time management skills.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with members, vendors, co-workers, and management.
An understanding of credit union philosophy and knowledge of credit union rules and regulations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
