Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients during deliveries. The Delivery Driver will also be responsible for loading and unloading items, maintaining the vehicle, and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

training starts at 100 daily after training its pay per stop or daily depending on the route

• Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle efficiently and safely.
• Navigate assigned routes to deliver products on time while adhering to traffic laws.
• Operate delivery vehicles, including commercial trucks, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary for heavy lifting tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and any discrepancies.
• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in moving products within the warehouse or storage area as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Experience in route driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
