FedEx Delivery Driver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to customers' locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and timely deliveries.

Duties:
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including vans, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
- Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
- Experience with route driving or courier services is preferred
- Commercial driving experience is a plus

- Drug test and background screening at time of hiring.

Skills:
- Moving: Ability to safely load, unload, and transport goods.

- Tractor-Trailer: Experience operating tractor-trailers for long-haul deliveries.

- Warehouse: Collaborate with warehouse staff for accurate order fulfillment.
- Route Driving: Experience planning efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Courier: Familiarity with courier services and delivery operations.
- Commercial Driving: Experience in commercial driving is a plus.

Pay: $160.00 - $190.00 per day
