What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Reporting Advisor position at Fedex Ground?
To compile, analyze and prepare financial and statistical information in support of accounting and financial analysis of FedEx companies.
Essential Functions
- Compile, analyze and prepare financial and statistical information
- Prepare consolidated reporting and / or reporting in compliance with SEC rules and regulations.
- Provide interpretation and support to users of financial statements.
- Support the design and enhancement of financial reporting systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree / equivalent in accounting or finance.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of experience in financial reporting and analysis in a large public accounting firm or complex accounting environment of a for-profit company, including experience using automated financial systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills required.
