Retail Sales Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product and service offerings, promotions, and pricing strategies.

About You:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service leadership roles.

• You are proficient in point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
