The Manager Facilities manages the corporate headquarters facilities for FedEx Office. The Manager is the lead point of contact for managing the day to day operations of the corporare campus including, but not limited to, food services/vending, mailroom, janitorial, maintenance, reception, furniture, and assets/copiers . The position oversees contractor and vendor relationships for the facility as well as capital and expense forecasting and planning. This pisiton will oversee the 265,000 square ft state-of-the-art building and corporate campus. This position may oversee and support multiple locations.

General Duties And Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team by training, developing, and coaching team members on a consistent basis
- Manage vendor relationships, including, but not limited to janitorial, maintenance, and food services
- Manage all day to day facility operations including, but not limited to, food services, shipping/mailroom services, janitorial, reception, maintenance/repair, furniture, and assets/copiers
- Manage budgets with strong financial, contract, and purchasing skills
- Manage CLEAR(s) and all related financial obligations/approvals per company policies
- Develop and maintain facility management processes for a consistent customer experience and policy compliance
- All other duties as needed or required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years facilities management experience
- 3 years of management experience preferred
- Experience managing a corporate campus move preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Experience with annual expense planning and forecasting
- Excellent customer services and organizational skills
- For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring
- For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook
- Ability to travel as required in order to meet with customers, vendors, other team members, and/or other business necessities
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and other team members
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to work within the appropriate level of independence
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the FedEx Office business; regular attendance and/or reporting could include regular attendance at a physical location and/or maintaining established business hours depending on the scope and nature of the position
