Airline Strategic Programs Principal

In this role, you will work as a strategic lead for the FedEx Airline domain, serving as a subject matter expert to provide thought leadership and push business leaders to identify out-of-the-box opportunities that drive initiative progress and value. You will play a vital role in defining and advancing the organization's strategies and initiatives to deliver value, ensuring that the right level of rigor and visibility is provided for desired outcomes. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to brainstorm solutions and influence business decisions using a fact-based approach, take new ideas from concept to execution, and communicate with key stakeholders.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Provide expert knowledge on FedEx airline operations, including but not limited to network planning, aircraft maintenance and technical operations, fleet management, crew scheduling, and flight safety to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Create polished, detailed communications with a narrative focus.
• Present new concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and executives and garner and follow up on feedback to ensure success.
• Leverage a robust foundation of data and analytics to prioritize opportunities, identify success measures, and drive strategic recommendations.
• Growth and flexibility mindset that can quickly adapt to change.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their development.

Minimum Education :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience :

7 years of experience in business operations, transportation, logistics or related fields, with leadership experience.

Pay Transparency : This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay : $8452.14 - $14,368.63 Monthly
