Domain Architect

Salary 110,496 - 198,900 USD per year

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or equivalent formal training or work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in an information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirement.
• Functional domain experience in one or more of the following areas : Clearance, Airline Operations, Labor Planning, Human Resources, Revenue, and / or On-Time Service Management.
• Knowledge of organizational industry trends, major issues, regulatory considerations, and the ability to apply this knowledge to diverse situations.
• Strong understanding of business capability management strategies and solutions, with hands-on experience architecting, designing, implementing, and delivering solutions.
• Understanding of issues related to decision-making processes, with the ability to analyze situations accurately and reach productive decisions.
• Experience working with architecture roadmaps and modeling tools (e.g., IRIS, Sparx, or other similar tools).
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as the Business Architecture Guild (BIZBOK) and The Open Architecture Framework (TOGAF) or similar frameworks.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and architecture practice experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will lead the modeling of our current state and define the preferred future state roadmaps for our information systems architecture. Preferred domicile locations are Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, Orlando, FL, and Dallas, TX, although this position can be based anywhere in the United States, with remote work options based on business needs.
