Supports premium shipments of high value products. Shipment management entire service lifecycle, intervention, and contingency support.
Essential Functions
- Provides door-to-door service for premium expedited time critical shipping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High School/GED diploma required.
Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Minimum Experience
One year experience in Business required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic computer, phone and math skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solving, teamwork and human relations skills.
Ability to process, analyze and prioritize various types of information while displaying the ability to adapt to new methods and procedures.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $17.88 /hour - $28.61/hour
Additional Details: The desired location for this position would be hybrid in Memphis, TN, however, this position may also be located remotely in Akron, OH. Depending on location (Memphis, TN), you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week
