What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Strategic Advisor- Total Rewards Strategy position at Fedex?
Under minimal direction, acts as department lead in performing duties necessary to the delivery of best practice HR strategies and programs within their area of expertise.
Essential Functions
- Plans, communicates, implements, and controls activities and/or programs to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness and adherence to corporate HR philosophy, policies and procedures.
- For communications discipline, assists with planning and execution of communication strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related function.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years directly related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong organization, planning, human relations, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: PowerPoint Presentation Skills, Ability to collaborate with leadership, Strategy Oriented, Experience in HealthCare
