**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Long Haul Driver to join our team at FedEx Freight. As a critical member of our operations, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various routes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples, to transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatchers as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and collect payments for freight charges when necessary.
Requirements:
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with double/triple and hazardous materials endorsements.
- At least one year of experience within the last three years or completion of the FedEx Freight Driver Development Course.
- An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards.
