Determines the demand for products and services offered by the organization by managing marketing programs and research and analyses.
Essential Functions
- May be responsible for a market segment including development, marketing research and analyses, pricing and advertising.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
- Create differentiation through new digital experiences, ultimately driving revenue growth and improving the customer experience: including experiences across all customer segments through the website and other platforms across the shipment journey.
- Responsible for customer driven design including digital experience design and end-to-end experience design.
- Thorough understanding of LTL customer needs, delivering frictionless experiences for internal and external customers.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated computer skills.
Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital user experience, creating new digital capabilities; leading tech projects, new platform evaluations and integrations. Experience creating differentiation through new digital platforms to drive growth and customer experience improvements across various customer segments throughout a shipment journey. Understanding of LTL customer needs and connecting to digital marketing. Strong comms skills, ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month
Additional Details: Position will be remote excluding AK, HI and US territories with desired locations in Memphis, TN, or Harrison, AR. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week. (E29)
