Manager Marketing – Go-to-Market LTL

Determines the demand for products and services offered by the organization by managing marketing programs and research and analyses.

Essential Functions

• May be responsible for a market segment including development, marketing research and analyses, pricing and advertising.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

• Develop the go-to-market narrative for LTL and align across channels to execute the narrative.
• Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across various channels with engaging, relevant, and impactful content.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated computer skills.

Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications: This manager will need to be creative and flexible and able to generate new ideas that generate growth and enhance the customer experience. Experience leading teams and go-to-market strategies with Revenue Growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. Track record for leveraging analyze and key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: US Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month

Additional Details: Position will be remote with desired locations in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week. (E29)
