Under close supervision, code and unit test changes to computer programs from program specifications. Documents and maintains those programs.
Essential Functions
Demonstrated Agile, SAFe and Lean experience
- Experience with workflow management tools (i.e. Version One, JIRA, TFS)
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for all levels of an organization
- Strong Emotional Intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence without positional authority
- Microsoft Office application knowledge
Preferred Qualifications :
Designs visualizations, reports, dashboards in Microsoft Power BI to highlight various trends, metrics, and delivery value for data driven decision-making.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems and / or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Software Engineer II
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and / or equivalent. Two (2) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and / or equivalent. Three (3) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency : This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
