The Field Sales Business Development Manager at Fedora Intertech is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base by selling our entire product line to new customers while managing relationships with existing accounts. This role requires substantial time in the field, actively engaging prospects and clients to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans focused on sales growth and market penetration within assigned territories.
- Identify, pursue, and establish strong, lasting relationships with new clients through field-based activities such as face-to-face meetings and presentations.
- Foster consultative, value-based relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations to address client needs and showcase our solutions.
- Partner closely with operations and other departments to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to assure all job expectations and sales goals are met and exceeded. Consistently log all sales activity in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to expanding our market presence.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven B2B field sales experience (2-5 years) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially in managing field activities.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, coupled with strong teamwork abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a high sense of urgency and drive to succeed.
- Experience in the security, fire alarm, and access control industry is strongly preferred.
