What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator and Facilitator position at FedPoint?
FedPoint is looking for a passionate and organized Program Coordinator & Facilitator to lead our FedPoint Academythe launchpad for new talent in our organization! This role is all about creating meaningful onboarding experiences, fostering engagement, and supporting employee development through impactful training and facilitation.
Youll be the face of the Academy, guiding new hires through their first steps, working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and Operations, and helping to shape the learning journey from start to finish. What You'll Do:
? Coordinate and the FedPoint Academy training program
?? Facilitate engaging, interactive learning sessions (virtually and in person)
?? Track program success through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics
?? Collaborate on content updates and curriculum enhancements
??? Ensure new hires are technically equipped and supported on Day 1
What You Bring:
? 3 years of training, facilitation, or similar experience
? Experience delivering training in a hybrid/remote environment (e.g., via Microsoft Teams)
? Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
? Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
? A self-starter mindset with a passion for people and learning
Location: Portsmouth, NH - Hybrid Role
Schedule: Enjoy the perfect balance of in-office collaboration and remote work with a Hybrid schedule, plus the option to work from home a few days a week!
Compensation: The typical starting salary would be between $29-34/hr, based on qualifications and experience as it relates to our requirements. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary employee bonus plan based on company metric performance as well as a full suite of benefits, listed below.
