FedPro, Inc. a subsidiary of FPC International, Inc., is seeking a detail oriented, fast paced and dependable Warehouse Worker II to join our Operations team. The Warehouse Worker II will be responsible for handling small international package shipments, assisting with shipping procedures to ensure accuracy and fulfillment, and managing retail shipping processes.

Compensation: $16-$20.00/hr. Based upon experience.
Location: Warrensville Heights, OH, in-office (4520 Richmond Rd.)
Work Schedule: Day shift (M-F, 8 hours/day- 7:00am-3:30pm), occasional Saturdays
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor (who is located onsite).
Certifications: Tow Motor Certified.
The Ideal Candidate will have: Strong attention to detail skills and a knowledge of international shipping of small packages. Must understand UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

What you’ll be doing:
- Familiarity with international shipping small packages with UPS/FedEx, DHL.
- Assists with maintaining shipping procedures for incoming and outgoing orders to ensure a high level of quality in accuracy and high levels of order fulfillment.
- Familiar with retail shipping processes such as Amazon, Home Depot and other like entities.
- Picks and packs customers’ orders correctly and efficiently.
- Works with receiving and inspection procedures for inbound materials.
- Loads and unloads delivery trucks; receives and documents deliveries.
- Stocks products in the racking system by hand and forklift.
- Ensures effective order acknowledgement and shipping process geared towards high-value customers.
- Understands dangerous goods shipping requirements.
- Helps to manage retail routing procedures, such as routing portals and ASN processes.
Background you’ll need:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of shipping/logistics operational experience in an increasingly expanded role.
- Proven experience with International, UPS WorldShip and Fed Ex small package.
- Exposure to LTL shipments, standard packaging, and BOLs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the use of the internet.
- Highly detailed oriented and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read, write and interpret reports and business correspondence for a diverse audience.
