Job Overview:

Client is seeking a project manager with experience implementing ServiceNow to join the Application & Client Services team. Desire a hands-on, self-starter, and team player possessing both technical and interpersonal skills

Position: Project Manager

Work Location: 1200 Telegraph Rd, Pontiac, MI 48341

Responsibilities:

· Project manager with experience implementing ServiceNow to join the Application & Client Services team.

· Desire a hands-on, self-starter, and team player possessing both technical and interpersonal skills.

· Must be flexible and able to meet deadlines set by internal and external agencies to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.

· Under supervision, the project manager will be a key contributor supporting our applications and must have experience managing a variety of projects, including request for proposals (RFPs), contract/scope development, infrastructure upgrades, application enhancements and new development, and implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations.

· Must have 5 years of experience managing projects utilizing agile methodology.

· Must possess high level understanding in the areas of project management methodology, web application programming, content management systems, API, database, and system design.

· Identification of the technical approach to be used on a given project and manage the system development process. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact at all levels.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.

· Advocate for change and effectively communicate project value, including navigating individual viewpoints and building consensus.

· Prefer local candidate for hybrid work environment but remote only candidates will be considered based on qualifications. The candidate MUST have experience implementing ServiceNow.

· CA Clarity Portfolio Management, MS Project, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365 Services, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Agile Methodologies, ServiceNow

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
