Job Title: UI/UX Developer

Job Description:

FedTec is looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to join our team and help create seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user interface design, user experience principles, and front-end web development. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to bring innovative designs to life and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs into functional, high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance user experience.
• Implement and maintain design consistency through reusable components and design systems.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React.js etc.).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, etc.).
• Strong experience in designing and developing interactive UI components.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with animation libraries.
• Knowledge of design systems and UI component libraries (Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
• Experience with A/B testing and user behavior analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, .NET, etc.) is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
