Shipping and Receiving Representative

Fedtech Inc. a waterjet, laser and machining job shop has an immediate opening for a Shipping and Receiving Representative. This position is responsible for the on time delivery of Fedtech's work output and for the receiving of Fedtech's ordered goods and materials.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Packaging and palletizing packages and other materials that are produced by Fedtech's fabricating machines.
• Working with UPS, Fedex, couriers and freight companies to ship product.
• Obtain quotes for shipments via courier and freight.
• Work with customers and vendors on day to day operations.
• Receiving in all shipments from trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop and work area.
• Maintain a positive image for the company.
• Perform other miscellaneous shop duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.

· HS Diploma or equivalent.

· Strong organizational, interpersonal, computer and communication skills.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.

· Work while standing, leaning or sitting.

· Excellent computer skills, good working knowledge of UPS and other related software.
