Position Summary
The Staff Accountant III is responsible for maintaining the company's financial records by accurately recording routine financial transactions. This role involves supporting daily accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and inventory management. The Staff Accountant III also possesses a thorough understanding of the Monthly Close process, Quarterly Close procedures, and Year-End Audit preparation. Additionally, this individual must have payroll processing experience, ensuring accurate and timely payroll management, including payroll posting, compliance and reconciliation.
An ideal applicant will be highly skilled, consistently punctual and enjoy working with a variety of skilled individuals who share similar values and goals.
