Overview
Join our team as a Data Collector and support the Defense Intelligence Agency by reviewing and documenting historical records. Your contributions will help the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency in its efforts to identify missing service members and preserve our nation's history, ensuring every record is accessible for future generations. This is a full time position that will require the employee to work onsite at government facilities in Washington, DC and Landover, MD. Monday – Friday, normal business hours.
Responsibilities
- Providing a per document inventory of records
- Current record holdings volume is approximately 3000 sq ft of documents (classified and unclassified)
- Developing and accurately documenting each record description, attributes, and metadata for eventual incorporation into a DIA document finding tool
- Performing data entry of inventories with Microsoft Office Automation tools (i.e., Excel, SharePoint)
- Updating cataloging database systems with inventory descriptors and metadata/ keywords
Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Automation tools
- The physical ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 25 pounds

Pay Range (Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors)
