Overview
FedWriters is building a team to support NAVSUP's Enterprise Business Office (EBO) Functional Contractor Support Services for the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. As a Senior Training Specialist, you will develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and e-Learning resources to support Navy ERP end-users across multiple functional areas.

**This position is contingent upon contract award**
Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at NAVSUP Business Systems Center in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Responsibilities
- Develop localized training products
- Work with functional subject matter experts to design and develop process-based training materials
- Use training development tools to create and post training to web-based training environments
- Create Navy ERP e-Learning Online Training (OLT) courses in accordance with SCORM standards
- Convert existing Navy ERP Instructor-Led (ILT) courses to OLT courses
- Develop e-Learning OLT courses for new Navy ERP functionality
- Convert existing Navy ERP e-Learning OLT courses from older training development tools to newer tools
- Maintain existing Navy ERP training courses (both ILT and OLT)
- Develop various training products including Standard Operating Procedures, Desk Guides, Reference Guides, Functional Business Process Maps and Transactional Simulations
- Create and maintain training development plan of action and milestones
- Provide knowledge transfer events to DoN and DoD employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR Associate Degree with 2 years of additional experience OR High School diploma with 10 years of additional experience
- In-depth knowledge and experience with training development tools (Enable Now, UPerform, Captivate)
- Experience in developing training for SAP supply chain or DoN ERP
