Responsibilities :
- Providing a per-document inventory of records, crucial for solving historical mysteries and preserving our nation's history
- Managing classified and unclassified documents, ensuring accessibility for future generations
- Documenting each record's description, attributes, and metadata for a finding tool, aiding vital information discovery
- Performing data entry using Excel and SharePoint, streamlining the inventory process and solving historical mysteries
- Updating cataloging systems with inventory descriptors and metadata, supporting DIA's mission and preserving our national heritage
