Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) by providing comprehensive media services, including photography, videography, and multimedia production. Your responsibilities will include:
- Capturing high-quality still photos and videos during test execution in designated training areas.
- Inspecting, testing, cleaning, maintaining, and repairing recording equipment.
- Operating traditional and digital cameras with various accessories.
- Assessing test locations to identify filming and lighting requirements.
- Organizing, parsing, and editing raw footage into continuous videos based on scripts or client instructions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-5 years of experience in photography, videography, or a related field.
- Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in multimedia production.
