ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Use various media to identify potential customers that are consistent with the company’s market and business objective.
- Identify revenue targets and develop strategic plans for accounts.
- Achieve assigned revenue and profit forecasts.
- Identify customer needs; demonstrate problem-solving attitude to the customer and determine need satisfaction.
- Work with various organizations from the plant level to corporate.
- Plan and execute sales calls and presentations to customers.
- Work on job sites as needed.
- Be aware of potential business opportunities for FeeCorp to pursue as a company that are consistent to growth and performance objectives.
- Perform other duties as directed.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with key understanding of industrial processes.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel).
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, management, and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of the company, operations, and services.
- Experience in sales, marketing, quoting and pricing strategies.
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales preferably with industrial or municipal services.
