Who we’re looking for
The Feed More Guest Experience and Services Assistant acts as the “face” of Feed More and is a main point of contact for clients, donors, employees, supporters, volunteers and at times media. They are responsible for ensuring collaborative resolution to questions, concerns, and opportunities presented by both internal and external clients. By obtaining a deep knowledge of Feed More, this individual will provide an excellent experience by conducting front desk operations in an efficient, accurate, and on-brand manner while acting as a critical support for multiple functions, including marketing, human resources, development, finance and operations. FLSA Status: Exempt
Position: Full time, Monday – Friday, generally 7:30 a.m. – 4:00p.m.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Budgetary Responsibilities: None
What will you do?
· Provide an excellent guest experience by developing deep knowledge of Feed More, taking steps to ensure an awesome interaction with our guests
· Coordinate front desk operations such as food donations, deliveries/packages, hunger line requests, check donations and supporting PR assets, as well as, phone messaging for inclement weather/emergencies
· Conduct operational needs in an efficient and accurate manner, identifying and implementing new ways to smooth inbound requests, donations, etc.
· Assist Human Resources, Marketing and other Departments with events, communications and ad hoc requests
· Develop relationships with guests, both internally and externally, to provide timely information and follow-up
· Provide PR support with photos, as needed
· Provide support to Operations team by reviewing food orders/invoices via CERES to ensure accuracy
· Assist with updating visual slides for our CCTV’s, as needed
· Assist with meal orders for employee events, as needed
· May assist with various aspects of donor fulfillment on an ad hoc basis
· Respond to situations as they arise and manage client, supporter and PR requests/concerns, as needed
· Exhibit Feed More’s values of respect, well-being, stewardship and passion and represent the Feed More brand to the fullest
· Ability to respond effectively and according to procedure in times of emergency
· Respond to guest service calls efficiently and expediently
· Ensure public spaces reflect company and brand standards for any guest
· Ensure effective routing of donor and media inquiries
· Manage meeting areas and logistics
· Phone system management and call analysis

We’re looking for an adaptable and proactive individual who’s eager to learn about all facets of Feed More and is comfortable wearing a lot of hats. The Guest Experience and Services Assistant should have a genuine service orientation, seek to build relationships with others and contribute to a comfortable culture for all guests. We’re also looking for someone with:
- An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related business degree
- Must show ability to manage projects successfully and have a detail orientation
- Recent grads are welcome, must show some work experience through work-study programs or internships
- Experience in supporting or volunteering for non-profits
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service expertise, including effective interactions with individuals of diverse backgrounds, experiences and personalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, solve problems, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay calm during crises
- Must be willing to adapt to changes in processes and procedures
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Flexible schedule to accommodate corporate needs
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
- Additional job duties as assigned
