Job Description:
Graphic Designer will design and produce graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media. Ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices.
Graphic Designer will create and execute design solutions and collateral used for marketing, advertising, sales, and other forms of communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop graphic design projects for print, digital or other media
- Create web promo kits
- Creative for digital ads, emails, social media, sale flyers, and web banners
- Creative and web design
- Prepare and retouch images
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a design or creative agency.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies.
