About the Position:
Live-In Caregivers perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
- Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing
- Transportation
- Medication oversight and reminders
- Companionship, socializing with the client, purposeful engagement, facilitating wellness
- Cooking, meal and snack preparation
- Shopping (grocery, household, other),running errands, transport to appointments
- Perform homemaking activities
- $1,500 weekly (if you work a full schedule)

Qualifications
You are a certified CNA, HHA, PCA and have experience working with the elderly.
Successful clearance of health screens as required by state regulations.
Successful clearance of state, federal and company background and reference checks.

As required Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor patients' health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain cleanliness in the home environment to ensure safety and comfort for residents.
- Assist clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary, while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
- Uphold resident rights by ensuring privacy and dignity during all interactions.
- Comply with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and sensitive information.
- Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with care plans, patient monitoring techniques, and senior care best practices is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for client mobility assistance.
- Knowledge of resident rights and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
- A background in nursing or social work can enhance your application but is not required.
