JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Gift Shop Sales Associate, you would be responsible for ensuring that guests are greeted, assisted, and served beyond their expectations. We provide hotel guests and business travelers the flexibility and convenience of all the essentials such health and beauty aids, , jewelry, Gifts , and Barista..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)
Greet and assist customers as they enter the shop
Accurately complete customer purchases, process all payment tenders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain appropriate cash levels in cash drawer, turn in all property monies and receipts, and ensure deposits/cash drops are verified.
Follow all opening and closing procedures
Maintain full and neat display areas by dusting shelves, folding T-Shirts, etc. while selling merchandise.
Re-stocking shelves with merchandise as needed or requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Service experience
Outgoing and energetic
Accurate with cash handling
Reliable transportation
Availability for shifts scheduled (weekends and holidays a must)
Basic knowledge of computer functions
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Ability to stand or walk for a minimum 8 hour shift.
Ability to lift and carry cartons up to 30-50 lbs and bend down or kneel to stock product frequently during a shift.
