**Job Overview:**

As a Barista at FeelLove Coffee, you will be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding coffee and an unforgettable customer experience. You will craft expertly brewed espresso drinks, serve masterfully blended teas, and present a selection of Parisian pastries with precision. Your role will involve working with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting, ensuring every cup and every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and inclusivity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service Excellence:** Greet and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner, providing personalized recommendations on our artisan espresso, master-blended teas, and Parisian pastries. Answer any questions about our menu, including our organic, vegan, and gluten-free options.

- **Coffee Craftsmanship:** Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with precision, including lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews, and more. Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in every beverage, using our artisanal techniques.

- **Tea Mastery:** Serve a selection of our master-blended teas, ensuring each cup is brewed to perfection and meets our high-quality standards.

- **Pastry Presentation:** Handle and present our Parisian pastries with care, ensuring they are fresh, visually appealing, and complement our beverage offerings.

- **Operational Efficiency:** Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure the cleanliness of the workspace.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow baristas and support staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Share knowledge, provide support, and contribute to team goals.

- **Community Engagement:** Represent FeelLove Coffee with integrity and enthusiasm. Participate in community events and initiatives to strengthen our local presence and foster customer loyalty.

- **Safety and Cleanliness:** Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

- **Skills:** Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for coffee, tea, and customer service. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

- **Personality:** Positive attitude, genuine friendliness, and a team-oriented mindset. A love for coffee, tea, and pastries, and a desire to contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

- **Availability:** Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
