Our program combines physical exercise, mentoring and mental health counseling to give youth the tools and confidence they need to persevere and flourish.
Feet First Foundation is looking for experienced Coaches to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our training programs to students on campus. The coach will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the program and providing feedback to management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coaching of youth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver our training programs for students on campus.
- Attend school functions when requested
- Set up for on-campus classes (equitment needed will be provided)
- Provide reports to managers on each session.
- Maintain training materials and resources.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Distribute assesment paperwork to students to compete after each session
- Pass off assesments to managers
- After school
