- Provide administrative support to the HR Director, including managing employee records, responding to employee inquiries, and troubleshooting HRIS issues.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and 401K administration, including preparing bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy of benefits deductions, and troubleshooting issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and 401K onboarding and questions.
You will also assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
