Your Job:
The Product Data Specialist is responsible for entering and maintaining accurate, consistent, and up-to-date product information across various platforms and systems. This position requires an individual that is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Planning, Customer Service, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to ensure data integrity and support the smooth flow of product information across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Structures and organizes product data to meet internal standards and optimize for various platforms.
- Accurately enters and maintain detailed product information across internal and external systems.
- Ensures product data is consistently updated and synchronized across all platforms (i.e. PLM, NetSuite, Demand Caster, Shopify).
- Conducts regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues.
- Assists in managing the product lifecycle, ensuring new product data is added to systems in a timely manner and obsolete products are removed or updated as necessary.
- Collaborates with Product and Planning teams to ensure accurate launch and end-of-life product data.
- Collaborates with Product, Planning, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to ensure product information aligns with strategic business initiatives.
- Recommends and implement improvements to product data processes to enhance efficiency and ensure smooth information flow.
- Stays updated on best practices in product data management and assist in implementing new systems or processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Product Management, Data Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in data management, product lifecycle management, or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across large sets of data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle and manage large volumes of product information efficiently.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and adopt new systems and technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. data analysis, pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Experience with product data entry and maintenance in Product Line Management (PLM) systems or related tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (i.e. NetSuite), planning software (i.e. Demand Caster), and e-commerce platforms (i.e. Shopify) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the apparel or footwear industry and product specifications is a plus

Company Paid holidays and PTO:
- Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role. After working at Feetures for 5 years, your PTO days will increase to 25 days. These days can be used for vacations, appointments and sick days.
