About The Role / Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Investment Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all data within FEG's portfolio reporting system, calculating performance and analytical metrics, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of performance & trade reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing FEG's GIPS Standards Program and supporting various performance initiatives within our OCIO service lines.

About The Role / Position Summary

What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain all performance and risk data within FEG's systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Calculate and analyze performance metrics, risk statistics, and attribution reports to support RFPs, Finals, & ad-hoc client presentations.
- Assist in the oversight and management of FEG's GIPS Standards Program, ensuring composites are updated and published on a monthly basis.
- Support the annual GIPS verification process, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new performance measurement solutions that enhance reporting and insights for FEG's OCIO service lines.
- Lead new initiatives aimed at improving the performance measurement process and identifying efficiencies within reporting workflows.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to performance measurement and risk analysis, ensuring FEG remains at the forefront of best practices.
- Work closely with portfolio managers, operations, and technology teams to optimize data flows and reporting accuracy.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in performance measurement, investment operations, or risk analysis within an investment firm or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of GIPS Standards and experience managing compliance programs.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with databases, reporting tools, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience with Black Diamond Portfolio management system is strongly preferred.
- CFA or CIPM designation (or progress towards certification) preferred.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and high work ethic.
