Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen and direct calls, and take messages as necessary.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle inquiries and provide information regarding processing and orders.
Administrative Support
- Data entry, document preparation, and file maintenance.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and other communications.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate processing orders.
Office Coordination
- Prepare reports and other documents as directed by the office manager.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Support health and safety standards within the office, particularly related to meat processing operations.
