QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Employee must have working knowledge of manufacturing environment. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and executing long term strategic plans. Must be self-motivated and possess well developed leadership skills.
Minimum Education Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
Prior Experience Required:
- Robot/CNC programming
- Experience with automated production equipment
- Production processing of Polyurethane
- Knowledge of TS-6949 procedures
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets basic instructions and required documents. Has the ability to respond and communicate complicated instruction and basic directions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic mathematics.
- Ability to make simple mathematical calculations quickly and accurately
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Must be able to analyze and troubleshoot process problems.
- Must be able to learn to make changes to complex robot programs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Normal amount of sitting and standing, above average mobility to move around an office and plant environment, able to conduct normal amount of work on a computer.
- Works with the Process Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Line Leads, line personnel, and Quality Auditors.
