What are the responsibilities and job description for the Millwright position at FEI, Inc.?
FEI, Inc. is looking for an individual who can safely carry out the following Primary Responsibilities:
- Wire feed and arc welding experience.
- General mechanical and repair experience.
- Oxygen acetylene torch and plasma torch cutting experience.
- Able to perform work on elevated surfaces.
- Must be able to climb ladders.
- Forklift and man-lift experience.
- Fertilizer and Elevator plant experience.
- Steel fabrication skills.
- Able to perform work in various weather and temperatures.
Requirements:
- OSHA 10 card.
- Willing to train the right person.
- Ability to travel and work out of town more than 3 nights per week.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to communicate with other FEI employees, plant managers and customers.
Salary: Hourly, and Per Diem on overnights.
Job Type: Full-time
Required experience:
- Millwright: 1 year
- Torch Cutting: 2 years
- General Mechanic: 1 year
Required license or certification:
- OSHA 10
