Quality Analyst Manager (Remote)

Job Summary :

This individual will lead a team of Quality Assurance resources and team leads and will be responsible for planning and conducting a wide range of quality assurance tasks, including analyzing requirements, test estimating, planning strategy, developing and executing tests, evaluating results and reporting, and promoting organizational and product integrity.

Responsibilities :

• Help to grow and mentor the Quality Assurance Team
• Review documentation to understand testing requirements, test environments and objectives.
• Proactively participate in maintaining and improving team standards and best practices
• Write Test plans based on customer needs
• Translate requirements into detailed test cases.
• Manage / coordinate test result reporting to customers
• Manage Test automation team
• Peer review other team members test cases
• Participate in all phases of testing.
• Provide estimates for new / ongoing work
• Work with users to support User Acceptance Testing, Training, and more.
• Communicate release status to management team and customer regarding overall quality of project and state of work.
